I have earned quite a few Perfect team points in OTP 20 from playing my games. I assume that this is only through Challenge Mode (which I have played alot of).

Is there any list anywhere on how to earn these Perfect Points so we would know what to focus on? I just ask cause I do love perfect Team, but I'm actually clueless to actually how I am earning these Perfect Team points.
