I would check-out Foolish Baseball's tutorials on YouTube.
Although they were done on 19, many of the items and basic concepts are very applicable to 20 because they address many of the core concepts in the game.
With scouting and drafting however there will be some differences of course, but also similarities. So, I bet many of the basic concepts there will still translate.
