barring any new roster build sections, something I've done is pick a larger tourney in that same tier (say a 64 team diamond that isn't even close to filling/starting)... then take my time building a roster there and saving that as my template; so if/when there's a last-minute tourney of that sort I want to join, I can just import the saved roster in a matter of seconds.
