Paris at Quebec
Quebec entered the series on a win streak while occupying first place in the Canada League. However, this series was about waiting. Waiting for the Parisian explosion. Tick, Tick, Tick. Impossible to predict, but somehow the firecracker kept getting lit just as the Quebec hopefuls thought that victory was at hand.
The 9th inning, reproduced in part in the first graphic, summarized the ending of each of three contests. Paris walks away with a road sweep when they could have lost all three of these games.
Quebec (57-57) now own a one game lead over second place Montreal in the race to represent Canada. The Artists own a commanding 18 game lead over the 62-52 Marseille Soleis.
