It's the first time I create a college league and I'm trying to change the created players age (as the recomendations in the manual
https://manuals.ootpdevelopments.com...feeder-leagues) but it looks like minimum and maximum are disable (values are the same as set on Rules screen but I cannot change them)
Do I have to change anything else to be able to change the values?
