Checking in with my PT team this morning, won enough overnight to buy a pack. So I did so, and during opening it I turned on my second monitor. Something about this crashed the game (resolution change?). When I reloaded the credits were gone, the pack was gone, and the players in the pack weren't added to my roster. Or at least the 2 that I'd seen so far weren't. I don't know if there's anything you can do about this, but it was a bummer.
