1993 MLB Draft
Fausto Buezo was the first draftee, coming out of BYU. He has a ton of potential but is very raw. He will need both his slider and changeup to pan out and he will also need to prove himself to be more durable.

Just behind him came this year's Phoenix Amoss MVP award winner - Cody Pearson. He won't win any races but has a great eye and put up monster numbers all three years at UNM.

The top high school draftee was Cam Zlassic, whose family owns a pickle company. No, that's Vlasic. He has very well-rounded potential with the bat but is stuck at first base.
