Boas Hansen keeps the top spot for one more year as he looks to stay in the Astros rotation this year. He had little success last year in nine games in relief for the team and his curveball will probably never be anything good. However, the rest of his stuff is dominant and his control continues to grow as well.


Sam DeSousa was drafted 5th in last year's draft and has power, speed, and tons of range in centerfield. His only real weakness is his arm which could be described as a noodle. But he worked hard for that noodle arm!
