Been a couple of years since I have played the game as solo as I have been immersed in the online league gaming side of OOTP.

The idea will be to run the save as GM only, and to advance daily keeping time with the real life calendar, this will be a slow burner folks!

I would be looking to update the dynasty thread at the end of each series played with a review of the games played and a preview of the next series to be played along with minor league reports on the Giants farm system.

Over the next couple of days before opening day (what better way to start the season, a trip to arch-rivals the Dodgers at Chavez Ravine) I will delve into the Giants organisation from what the owner expects in owner goals to projected rosters and prospects that I will be keeping an eye on during the season.

I have made a couple of changes in the setup of the league:-

1. playing in challenge mode
2. ratings set to 20-80 scale
3. overall/potential ratings set to 20-80 scale
4. no evolution unless changes made by MLB in real life
