Once they lose more then 1 WAR or go below -1 WAR then I'll get rid of them.

Once they start costing me wins they are done. Though it really depends on the history of the player as well. If I don't like them, one bad start and they could be gone, but if I do i might let them struggle for the whole year and then decide.
