Apologies for the, potentially, confusing title.

Prior to COVID-19, I would work from home pretty regularly and always put a ball game on while doing so. Is there a way to run a live game simulation without clicking between pitches/at-bats? Essentially, I'm looking for a way to 'watch' a sim.

Understandable if this isn't possible--can't imagine much demand for such an absurd time sink, but desperate times call for desperate measures!
