This I just found out now by accident. All of my dark skinned and Hispanic players have "green eyes". This is on the Phillies team. I haven't checked other teams, yet. I guess that would be cosmetic. Just checked Atlanta and they are OK on that team. I'll just fix it myself on the Phillies. I'm not gonna check anymore teams.
