Hi, all. I've been playing OOTP for many years, but mostly I just tinker around as manager. I've found a lot of great OOTP tutorials here and on YouTube, but most focus on game interface and setup. Those are certainly helpful, but I'd love some tutorials on GM theory and best practices, such as:

How many days/weeks in a row do you usually sim?
When do you address contracts for free agents?
How often do you check minor league rosters to make promotions/demotions?
Do you hire managers that fit your strategy, or can you force global strategy?
How do you handle coaching staff and scouting?

Anyone know of a good resource? Thanks.
