Looks like this is a bug we've just fixed related to 22-man lineups. It'll be in the hotfix update that we're going to be releasing very soon, but you may be able to get around the warning right now by clearing the two defenceman spots (Neuenschwander and Pudas) on your 4th pair (I'm not 100% sure that'll work, though.)
