There are lots of quality gold LHSP around. You shouldn't have any trouble unless you are restricting yourself to Live cards.
You were right about my division, I finished 4th and under .500 with a +109 run differential. A couple of really good teams at the top, and one that was enough better than mine to nose me out for 3rd, and the last playoff spot.
