Post 2021 Week 14. (50-33)

W, (6-5) @Oracle Park
We traveled west to face the Giants in a 4 game series. We took the first one by a one-run difference. Adam Eaton was named player of the game as he went 4 for 5 with 3 doubles and 4 runs batted in. Kolby Allard suffered a bit because of an error by Kolten Wong that allowed 3 unearned runs. His final slash line was 5.2IP/9H/2ER. The bullpen took care of the rest of the game and kept the one-run difference. Torres-Costa and Phelps had been great since joining the active roster.

W, (9-4) @Oracle Park
We won the second game of the series thanks to a late-inning rally. Both starters Richards and Webb gave up 4 runs in 5 innings and the game was tied in the 6th inning. On the eighth, Jason Castro went deep with men on base to give us the lead. In the next inning, Carter Kieboom had a three-run shot to create a comfortable difference.

W, (5-1) @Oracle Park
It was our third win in a row. Porcello had another good outing by going seven innings and allowing just one run. He punched out seven. Torres-Costa and Rainey finished the game. Trea Turner had a good game and went 2 for 5 with a home run and a couple of runs batted in.

League News
Jose Quintana, from the Los Angeles Dodgers, has suffered an injury and will miss the rest of the season.

W, (5-2) @Oracle Park
We took the final game at San Francisco and swept the Giants in a four-game series. In spite of Max Scherzer´s first-inning struggles the offense bounced back and got some runs in on the final innings. The bullpen had a good performance and managed to keep the Giants hitless on the final 3 innings. Daniel Murphy had a good game offensively by going 3 for 4 with 3 runs batted in.

L, (2-4) @Petco Park
The offense struggled against the Padres pitching staff. We scored just 2 runs in 5 hits. The runs came thanks to a Home-run by Adam Eaton. Graveman went seven innings, allowed 4 runs and was tagged with the loss.

L, (0-6) @Petco Park
Dinelsom Lamet had a complete shutout game for the Padres. He allowed only 5 hits and punched out 6 runs. In our side, Kolby Allard struggled and gave up 5 runs in just 4.2 innings.

L, (2-3) @Petco Park
We were swept by the Padres. Another great performance from their starter helped them secured their 5th win in a row. Garret Richards struggled and gave up 3 runs in 4.1 innings. Michael A Taylor went deep and his season total is up to 4.
