I have tried four times to download OOTP21 for PC.
It downloaded 36% and stopped processing... I cancelled the download.
It downloaded 67% and stopped processing... I cancelled the download.
It downloaded 76% and stopped processing... I cancelled the download.
It downloaded 76% and stopped processing... I cancelled the download.

Now I check my email and find I have been charged four times on my credit card.

Would greatly appreciate help from one of the OOTP21 Moderators or Development Team.
