Can anyone assist?

Use case:

1) Commissioner sets up league, FTP, web server
2) Sends me email to join a team
3) I click "quick-join online league" at lower right of main page
4) I copy the text of the whole email (not just the link part) into the dialog box
5) I get error message, "Failed to load online league: Error: could not open archive file."
