That's a terrible metaphor, but you never know when something turns up you haven't seen before. That would be this, a rare photo of Ollie Brown during his very brief stint with the Astros.
Ollie was not purchased by the Astros until March 28th in the spring of '74. He played in only 27 games when he was placed on waivers by the Astros, to be claimed by the Phillies -- for whom he played his final 3 1/2 seasons.
This came from an original Kodak snapshot that was sold on eBay.
