I suggest that Use of Relievers be set to Normal for every season. The Leahue Total Modifiers control the SP IP/GS so there is no need to force more pitching changes with setting that to more often as well as PH for pitcher to more often. I keep Use of Relievers Normal for every season and PH for Pitchers to Very Rarely ever season and I still get the correct reliever usage. I think that when you boost these option in a historical game that you get weaker pitchers ending up in higher leverage situations more often, making games less competitive.
