Mexican right-handed starting pitcher Eduardo Obando took L.A., and really all of the WPK, by storm last season and ended up with the MGL Pitcher of the Year award in his first WPK season.
But Obandomania for the upcoming season has been dealt a bit of a blow today as it was announced that the talented staff ace will start the season on the IL as he suffers with bone chips in his throwing elbow.
