Sims per week is how many times during the real life week you will simulate games
Game days per sims is how many days in OOTP you would simulate each time you simulate.
For example, perhaps you would simulate 14 days in the game on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Good settings are whatever works for the people involved
