I would like to create a league Fantasy or even better with real players
using the world baseball ranking

example
the gold league (1 to 12 ranking) the first wins
and the last 2 are relegated to the silver league
the Silver league (13 to 24 ranking) is with 12 other teams
the first two are promoted on Gold League
it's possible ?
I also accept other ideas
