COBRA: Consolidated Organisation of Baseball and Railways of Amelia: A History
Welcome to Amelia City. A city-state with an eye for commerce, and now, an eye for baseball.
The year is 1920 and the Amelia Railway Company has just popped in passenger rail connecting up the entire city. From the vast industrial area in Dustland to the beaches of Crimson Forest and Port Magnolia, to the alternative scene of Hadestown, to the island paradise of Saffron,to the hustle and bustle of the CBD and the Spice District and to the lush fields of Unicorn Point the entire city is available to every citizen of Amelia... for a nominal fee of course.
To promote this, they decided to give everyone a reason to move around a fair bit and created a city-wide baseball league. One team for each of the 12 districts.
