Meet the Teams: Hadestown Broncos

At points in its history, Hadestown was a pretty dire place. You kinda have to be to be named after the Greek god of the underworld (a polite way of call a place a hellhole really). In recent times, the Northeastern corner of Amelia has flourished into a mecca of creative thinking. The place is an absolute maze to navigate but if you know where to look you'll find alternative theatre, art, poetry, and music. Little cafes offer up all-day and all-night coffee.

The Broncos are owned by Leo Glowicki, not as rich as the rest of the owners, the Hadestown market was the only one he could afford to buy-into but he's sure hoping that his new range of Home Run Burger restaurants will be a hit with the locals. They'll sure know of it when they attend Home Run Burger Park.

TOP POSITION PLAYER: Lenny Johnson

A fan favourite, Johnson projects to be a solid presence at Third Base for a good number of years. He's signed up until 1926.

TOP PITCHER: Dalton Deschenes

It's probably a bit of a toss-up between Deschenes and Jackson Woods but the southpaw has been given the #1 role in the rotation so here we go. Deschenes is one of the most talented players out there, his sinker clocks in as one of the fastest pitches in the league and his changeup and slider are equally devastating but he's more likely to be at Home Run Burger than at training. His stamina is low for a starter and his defense is bad.

While is almost unhittable against left handed batters, right handed hitters will have an easier time. He's also one of the better pitching hitters in the league -- he's actually got better batting ratings than the Hadestown shortstop.
