Nobody ever does this on purpose, do they?
The only time I ever had position players head to the mound (ahem Cecil Fielder) was when my bullpen had been decimated by whale teams a few games in a row.
I started having to bring in fresh long relievers almost daily during that stretch. Welcome to Perfect Team!
