Put yourself in Commish Mode if you're not already.
Click on a player you wish to assign to a team. Click on the "Editor" Tab when the player page opens.
Left side, about halfway down you will see "Team Information". Click on that drop down, then follow the selections to put the player on the team you wish him to be on. You can edit his contract and anything else on this page.
