Here I am bumping a 5-year dead thread, but for good reason. Fonzie came to me looking for some extra bells and whistles on this schedule and I was able to work it all out, so here's an updated version of the schedule files that I originally wrote back in 2015.

----------
Schedule for 32 teams, 162 games - 2 subleagues, each containing 4 divisions of 4 teams each
Interleague YES, balanced games NO
----------
- 14 games vs. 3 division opponents (7H/7A)
- 6 games vs. 12 league opponents (3H/3A)
- 3 games vs. 16 interleague opponents (3H or 3A)
----------
Season begins on the last Thursday of March and ends on a Sunday in late Sept/early Oct. This is exactly the same length as the current MLB schedule
Weekday games begin at 7:05 local time, Sunday games at 1:05 local time, and Saturdays a mix of 1:05, 4:05 and 7:05 starts
----------
The last two weeks of the season consists of all divisional games; this is the final 12 or 13 games for each team
Because of the high number of interleague series, they're not confined to a particular part of the calendar, but the first and last 3 weeks of the schedule will be interleague-free
----------
Homestands and roadtrips have not been extensively tested but I believe the longest ones in this schedule are in the 12-13 game range. Most are between 6-9 games
For the most part, road trips in these schedules will "make sense" geographically - not all, but you'll see teams heading out to California for a week to play two series, etc.
----------
Two files included - interleague matchups flip between the two versions

EDIT: fixed XML parsing error - schedule was functional before but should now load without incident.
