When I try to shop a player, the offers are insane. Latest was trying to shop Shea Weber who at 34 years old is still a 3.0/3.0 RD. I get about half the teams sending me an offers, with some offering me their 2.0/2.0 29 year old AHL C, or their 25 year old ECHL 1.5/2.0 RW. And it's not just these "Shop Players", the GMs making trade offers think I'm an idiot.
I guess what's frustrating is when they answer "NO WAY!!" when I make an offer that is slightly in my favour, but all I have access to is "reject offer"... wish I had a harsher "NO WAY!!" option as well.
Anyway, I'm just looking at receiving somewhat fair offers from AI GMs. It's no fun to only ever looking at offers that make zero sense for me to accept. Is there something I can adjust for this?

Improving your ability can help, but when you "Shop Player", the AI essentially questions why you're doing it. With a player like Weber, he's older, on the decline (although still a good player), and still has a large contract. That's not exactly an appealing player. Teams are willing to take him, but they are going to low-ball you in large part because of that contract.
