Draft Budget Issue
My owner has set my draft budget to $41 million, which is higher than the budget I have for my actual players. He doesn't let me change it and I believe I am in challenge mode so I cannot go into commissioner mode to change it. Will this ever change or am I just screwed? Also, I am managing an expansion team in its second year so I don't know if that would have something to do with it.
