I've seen a few people post about huge draft budgets as expansion teams
So, either it's a bug
Or, expansion teams invest more in the draft to...get more players signed? Allow them to sign more impossible or extremely hard players?
Or something else
Either way, if you don't spend that on the draft, you can reallocate it to other areas (player contracts, development, scouting,..)
