If you are referring to a historical game with historical minors & minor-leaguers, I'm not aware of a way that you can do this. While I can think of instances where this might be desired, I can also think of where it would be impractical. If, say, in real life a major league team only used two catchers all season long, but in the sim both of those catchers got injured, the team would be pretty likely to call up one of its real-life minor league catchers.
