Can someone confirm a few things and answer a question:

* I think Negro League players are available from 1920 on. Is that correct?

* How do I setup a historical league, starting in 1920, so NeL players are available to MLB teams, each and every year? That is, each year, the new bunch of NeL rookies/prospects are available and are drafted (or not) according to their potential & talent.

I got 1920 to appear by following what might have been a misunderstanding of another post--I created the MLB and "all minor leagues," and then deleted the NeL and BOOM Oscar Charleston appeared as a FA (the Red Sox got him). But nobody else has appeared--no Alejandro Oms, nobody.

* Is it possible to edit the list of NeL players that are imported each year and, if possible, their attributes? I would like to remove some of the truly unnecessary players (Ballplayer Smith leaps to mind), and add some of the Cuban players that I suspect are not included.
