OK, let's see if a trace file tells us anything. From the game's start screen, click on settings, then go to troubleshooting, and click the "Enable debug trace" box. Restart the game after that, start a new game, and play until you get a crash.

After that happens, without restarting the game go to your \Documents\Out of the Park Developments\Franchise Hockey Manager 6\debug folder and there will be a file named fhm_trace.txt. Either attach that file to a post here, or just post the contents of it. That may tell us exactly what's causing the crash, or at least let us see if there are any other potential problems in your installation that could be causing this.
