Fenway Park - The left fielder throws to the cut off man who is just a few feet away.
Either the cut off man is in the wrong position, or the outfielder should just throw to the base. This happens a lot and I don't think it has anything to do which stadium it's in. I haven't reported it before, because I'm more concerned with the boundary issues.
