Well, speaking as a die hard Indian fan AND a amateur baseball historian, I can tell you that baseball isn't, and has never been, played on on a level playing field. So, I guess, those who are expecting it maybe ought to adjust their expectations. SO GAMERS might want a level playing field, but baseball fans are probably used to not having one.
