Looks like the ratings-to-verbal translation on that screen isn't set correctly, we'll fix that. Actually, come to think of it, I'm not even sure why we have the verbal descriptions there instead of a number when you can see the specific numbers on the staff screen anyhow, maybe that should just be all-numbers instead.
