IL - IL's Top Pitcher in April Is Bertha: Tony Bertha took a much-deserved turn in the spotlight earlier today as he accepted the Institute League Pitcher of the Month award for April.
The 19-year-old Chemists starter racked up an impressive 3-0 won-lost record in 5 starts. This month he fanned 25 batters in 39.2 innings and compiled a 3.18 ERA.
