If you are looking at the list of free agents -
MLB (or whatever the abbreviation for league is) menu,
Transactions,
Free Agents tab - it's pretty much that simple as long as you are controlling the team that you want to sign the players... Basically, hover over the target player and right click. You'll see
Sign Player in the dropdown... And if you use the radio buttons just to left of the players' names, you can select multiple players and sign them all at once.
