Hi, I'm totally new at ootp and at baseball in general.
A quick question: is training not simulated ? I'm referring to Football manager (soccer) where you can decide which type of training for your team, who are the training managers (for attack, for defense, etc), which player should rest, etc.

Can't see anything like this in ootp21.

Any idea why ? (maybe it makes sense or maybe I didn't find where)

I'm a bit overwhelmed by the game ;-)
