I don't mean to be a jerk, but the fact that PT21 is up and running and has been since before noon, and not only is PT20 not fixed, but they haven't even acknowledged the problem seems to indicate that they would just as soon we'd move on to the new version. They seem to have.

Now, tbf, I am still a lil bitter that they never responded to my last issue with PT20 about a month ago.
