I'm starting in a new online league, and with the changes to the scouting system and the draft, I wanted to consider options for handling the draft in online leagues. Previously, I've used the "disable player development for draft-eligible players" option. This makes it so we can hold the draft over a week or two IRL while we keep simming in-game, without having our first rounders decay into busts before the in-game draft day arrives.

I don't know how this option works in the new version: Does it disable player development year-round for draft eligibles, or only in the period between the draft pool announcement and the draft itself? Will players who are drafted multiple times develop in between?
