I am doing an NHL franchise - during the offseason I am attempting to sign players who just finished their OA year in the CHL and the prompt I am receiving is that I cannot sign this player.
If I want to sign OA's to pro-entry level contracts and these players have not previously been drafted when is the time to do so?
