29 May 2296 - Brotherhood League Punishes Pair for Fighting
If there wasn't a history between Alec Bullets of Finch Farm and Noodle Green of Nordhagen Beach, then there is one now. The incident between the two sparked a bench-clearing scrum in the Four Leafs' 10-2 victory over the Party Boys with those two being the center of attention. Now they will miss 4 and 8 games respectively as a result of their actions. The league office announced their suspensions today.
"We're both really competitive," Bullets said later, "and sometimes things go a little too far because of it."
This year Bullets is hitting at a .295 pace with 2 home runs and 16 RBIs. He has played in 25 games and scored 13 times.
Taking a look at his season stats for 2296, Green has made 8 relief appearances, recorded no saves and compiled a 1-0 won-lost mark with a 3.21 ERA. In pitching 14 innings, he has totaled 7 strikeouts and 6 walks.
