Obregon was a player with several nicknames -- Frank, Chico, and Teodoro. His highest level accomplishment was making it onto the Cincinnati Reds' spring roster in 1962.

The image on the left is from his 1960 Union Oil Seattle Rainiers baseball card. The image on the right appeared on eBay in 2013, and shows him with the 1974 Lara Cardenales of Venezuela.

P.S. I've added a photo (not very good) of Obregon in a Cincinnati Reds' uniform. It's from the Tampa Tribune of March 4, 1962.
