I have written here about this problem before...100+ views, but no responses, not even from the mods (here or via PM). So I feel your pain. I continue to generate amateur drafts in which a high % of the players are too old. I'm getting 21-year-old high schoolers who have played SIX years in high school, and similar waves of 24-year-old collegians (six years in college). Adjusting the created player setting has done nothing. Any words of wisdom out there? Mods? Thanks.
