OOTP Developments Forums - View Single Post - Are all the folders in the default_data folder supposed to be zipped?

I'm trying to install some baseball card templates, but it's not letting me, as all the folders in the default_data file are zipped and it won't let me make any changes in the folders. I'm almost positive this was not the case on past OOTPs, as I have successfully installed card templates in other versions. When I try to do anything, it says that I don't have permission.
