With Pittsburgh right fielder Bill Winchester emerging as one of the best players in the league and an MVP candidate and with the entrance of 5-tool superstar in the making Matt Van der Heyden in center fielder, the Roadrunners talented third outfielder, 24-year old rookie Larry Leshane doesn't get much attention. Well, that changed yesterday when he was named the SJL Rookie of the Month for his fine performance in July. Now if only Pittsburgh had some starting pitching.
