Easiest way to add an org... mlb and minors ... create a new historical sim... go in and delete all the teams you dont want (this will take a bit of time) ... you should now only have your org... goto FA and delete all....
At this point you have your org and all your orgs players left...
Change name of mlb to something that does not match the mlb league you want to add teams to...
Now save as a template...
Go into you live league and under globel go add a template... now use original way to move teams to you mlb..aaa...aa.. etc
Then delete the template leagues... it should have no teams or players
