I am running into two issues in my league... not sure they are bugs, but any help or clarification would be greatly appreciated:

1. With regards to waivers, I can't seem to figure out where guys that clear waivers wind up. For instance, as the Penguins, I waived D Chad Ruwhedel. He cleared waivers, but now he has basically disappeared. When I search for him, it says he is on the Penguins roster, but he isn't there and he isn't on any of my minor league rosters either. I've tried editing him to the minors to no avail. There doesn't seem to be anything I can do with him.

2. With regards to the salary cap, we have it set at $81.5 million in year 1 and for the first half of the season, that number was displayed in the bottom left-hand corner of the Roster screen. It was basically where we told GMs to look to make sure they were cap compliant. However, sometime in that past few sims that number has become different for every team. Almost like it it is treating as though each team has a different salary cap number. I know in the NHL the Cap goes out the window in the postseason, but I'm not sure why it would change during the season, let alone change to a different number for each team.
